On Monday July 1st 2024 at about 1:40 in the afternoon I had the pleasure of speaking with customer service representative Ashley curry. She assisted me in canceling my service with Waste Connections for a variety of reasons but her professionalism courtesy and efficiency were outstanding and you all should be aware of how good an employee she truly is. My driver Mr. Jordan does a great job. There have been many times when we made so much trash that it wouldn’t fit in the trash cans and Mr. Jordan loaded it in by hand. One time it even included a root ball that we dug up out of our yard that probably weighed a hundred pounds. Good customer service!
