Some customers have had positive experiences with specific staff members, like Tech Neil, who keeps good records and makes helpful suggestions. However, there have been issues with customer service, including difficulties in accessing the online "Contact Us" portal and unresponsive phone numbers. Despite these challenges, Unlimited Lawn Care strives to exceed expectations and earn customer satisfaction.

Our technician, Liam McGregor, could not have been more gracious in answering questions and explaining the service we received when he came last week. I previously asked Unlimited to treat our El Toro Zoysia twice with fungicide, once in early spring and again in the summer. My request was made months ago, and I was concerned if it would be remembered. I shouldn't have been concerned. Last week, the spring application was applied, and I'm sure the second application will be performed in the summer as requested. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our lawn care service can be contacted locally and will honor our requests! Thank you, Unlimited and Liam!
