I have been coming to this store for over 20 years. I can tell you that it used to always be busy. Now when I go there it is always empty. The stylists working there are fine, but I can tell you the reason for the lack of business can be directly attributed to the pricing. The clientel this shop services Is quick turn people hustoically. 15 to 20 min. haircuts. $24 plus tip makes no sense.

Was welcomed as entering & great experience with this visit. I will be returning. You could offer some kind of senior discount as other hair salons have! Seniors need that & it will increase your business!

Kiera is an amazingly talented stylist! She rocks the undercut hearts and shaggy lob styles! She knows her cuts! The Supercut prices are also so much better than other salons AND they do carry the best products! I wouldn’t consider anywhere else after my most recent visit!
