Supercuts, located in Acworth's Governors Towne Square, is a hair salon that provides a range of services including quality haircuts for men and women, as well as color services at affordable prices. The salon also offers a variety of hair products for customers to purchase. The staff is known for their friendly and welcoming attitude, making clients feel comfortable during their visit. Notable stylists include Kiera, who excels in undercut hearts and shaggy lob styles, and Kim, recognized for her proficiency and pleasant demeanor. On Wednesdays, Supercuts offers discounts for senior citizens, although some customers suggest adding a senior discount could attract more business. While the salon may sometimes be short-staffed, customers appreciate the stylists’ ability to accommodate requests and provide great service. Long-time clients have expressed mixed feelings about pricing, noting that while the staff is excellent, the cost for quick haircuts can seem high, impacting overall customer flow.
Everyone who goes to this locations knows how great Kim is!!! Only place I’ve gone since I’ve moved to Georgia it’s been through some groups of employees but Kim is definitely my favorite!!! Everyone go see Kim for your hair cut style or anything!!!
I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done. Kim is amazingly talented and kind and she is always patient and can make any vision you have for your hair happen. Give her a pic and she will transform you.
I have been coming to this store for over 20 years. I can tell you that it used to always be busy. Now when I go there it is always empty. The stylists working there are fine, but I can tell you the reason for the lack of business can be directly attributed to the pricing. The clientel this shop services
Is quick turn people hustoically. 15 to 20 min. haircuts. $24 plus tip makes no sense.
