“Academy was recommended by a friend so I called for an estimate .... Bailey (salesperson) called and arranged a visit the next day .... Academy has embraced drone technology and on completion of the initial inspection I was able to view all areas of concern immediately ..... we had an in depth discussion on the practicality of 'patching' as opposed to a new roof install covering liabilities involved, long term versus short term, resale benefits, etc. .... a price was quoted and I discussed that with friends and neighbors and decided to reroof ....

the price was an all-inclusive total for all required work including flashings, gutter caps, sealing all vent openings, and even (minor) repairs for critter damage .... there was approximately a five day wait before the job could begin (I thought this was a quite acceptable timeframe)

Jacob and his crew showed up on a Monday at 6am (the agreed upon time) to begin work ..... the workers were efficient, well coordinated in how they approached the job, and completed all of the previously described repairs/installation in six and one half hours
