Pawsitively Zen is a pet resort that provides attentive care and a variety of accommodations for pets. The staff is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about dogs' needs. They are always accommodating, even for last minute changes. They take great care of furry kids, making them feel loved and pampered like they were home away from home. The facility is always clean, and extra services are included in the rates. They are quick to respond and send photo updates daily. Pets love it there, often showing excitement when arriving and leaving. With personalized attention, Pawsitively Zen reduces stress and provides a wonderful experience for both pets and their parents.
I have to say I am beyond pleased with my experience so far with them! I had to find somewhere last minute to bring my very hyperactive dog for daycare while I worked and they have been nothing but accommodating! They have been the sweetest every time I called and have seriously made my girl feel like she was home away from home! I have not been more pleased with a place! Will definitely come back whenever I can!! Thank you thank you!
I haven’t even picked my dogs up yet and I’m already giving them 5 stars! I am a bit over the top when it comes to our dogs-they’re part of our family, after all! To clarify-they didn’t say this-I am just very self aware, haha! I was very nervous to board simply because we had only done so one other time for a couple of days at a different facility and it did not go well. Everyone we have encountered here has been so kind, patient, and answered all my questions-even when I have likely asked the same ones over and over. I’ve been taking my dog to Pawsitively Zen for about 3 years now and he has loved every minute of it. I try to keep him scheduled for once a week day care. The staff are always accommodating to our last minute changes and sometimes cancelations, which I appreciate. Ford absolutely loves to go here. The pictures speak for themselves. I personally like the outdoor drop off routine because Ford sometimes has trouble parting from me in an enclosed, interior area. The girls love on him like he’s their own and he walks right into their arms which I’m very grateful for. I take great comfort in knowing he is cared for and loved on just as I would.
