“The 1st thing I noticed about this office was the wonderful ladies at the front desk. They are speaking to you as you are walking through the door EVERY TIME! Always smiling. Customer service is their business and they EXCEL at it. Wendy… words really can’t do her justice. She is AMAZING in every sense of the word and helps you navigate through all processes of cosmetic surgery from explanations, the financial aspect and booking, sometimes creating a time for you when a deadline comes into play. She listens intently to all your questions and concerns and always gets back with you promptly. Again customer service is unmatched. Nurses… office nurses and surgical nurses. They are the absolute most professional, thorough and compassionate people I have ever encountered in the medical field. They all were willing to go above and beyond every time making sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening and was going to happen. They are wonderful people! Always Smiling! Anesthesiologist… nothing short of perfect. She was top notch! I have no memory of my surgery so she was obviously SUPERB at her job. Again making me understand and comfortable with everything that was going to happen. BEST SLEEP EVER! Dr.Gusching… I have to say that getting a consultation with him was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made! I got his name from a friend who simply said if you want another consultation I used Dr. Gusching. That afternoon I made the call and they were able to get me in quickly.The day of the consultation I immediately felt like I was in the right place the minute I walked into the door. During the consultation he gave me all my options never pressuring me or making me feel like a number. Fast Forward… I had a tummy tuck and a breast lift with implants and I am BEYOND PLEASED with my results. He will never know how much this meant to me because it completed a 3.5 year weight loss journey and I will be forever grateful to him and all of his staff.
