“I have been going to waxing mania for years. I have always had a great experience. The facility is very clean. The staff is always professional and nice. Lucy is the best. I have always scheduled my appointments online, which I find is convenient. This week I was scheduling my appointment and realized that the feature that allows you to select the staff you prefer was not available. I did not like that… I had to call to schedule which I found to be very inconvenient…. Please bring that feature back!!!!!”

I *really* appreciate Madison, and her expertise and patience in helping unearth a style that would not just suit my face and hair, but also my lifestyle. She also walked through how I can effortlessly style my hair and what products could make the biggest difference in achieving more volume. The team at the front desk was also super sweet, and the salon had a fresh, energetic atmosphere that made the experience welcoming and inviting. And, I love the fish. 🐠
All that to say, Mood Salon was fabulous! Seeing how each stylist took care with each customer, I know they’ve got a great team that can take great care of anyone coming through the front door.
