Lake City Exteriors provides premium exterior remodeling and home envelope solutions across Metro Atlanta. The team specializes in roofing, siding, windows, doors, and storm restoration, delivering craftsmanship that protects, performs, and enhances curb appeal. Every project is built on transparency, precision, and pride in doing things the right way the first time.
Customers describe the team as talented, hard workers who are professional, responsive, and great to work with. Communication is strong throughout the process, with daily check-ins on the job site, including on July 4th, and customers kept informed. Project plans are adjusted as requested, and final work stays on budget with the original quote. The crew is personable and a pleasure to work with, doing everything they say they will do. They finish fast and clean up the job site, with zero construction mess to clean up at project completion.
Projects include replacing siding, updating exterior painting, replacing front and storm doors, painting a deck and shed, and building a new and enlarged deck. The team offers ideas and a quote within days and is patient and flexible with final decisions. A finished deck was beyond wildest expectations, and Trex decking instead of traditional treated lumber proved to be a game winner. A water proof stain completed the deck with a 100% quality job, and great care was taken in wrapping the metal balusters on the railings to eliminate any stray stain. The stain brand and color recommended proved to be another project home run. The crew is on-time, focused, and addresses all questions and concerns in a timely manner. Lake City Exteriors comes highly recommended for any exterior remodeling or painting job. Neighbors and friends compliment the updates and ask what company was used, and multiple homes in the neighborhood have been done, with upcoming neighbors continuing to call.
Lake City Exteriors did one fantastic job on the interior of our house! The paint job is perfection and the painters are so neat, cleaning up and replacing the furniture back where it belongs. I won't consider ever using any other painting company. Please consider Lakeside if any household painting is needed.
I can not say enough good things about Lake City Exteriors! We worked with Lacey along with his team of talented and very hard workers! They replaced some of the siding on our house along with updating some exterior painting. Lacey is personable and communicated very well, stopped by every day to check in on the job site (even on July 4th!!!), kept us informed, made adjustments to our project plans as I requested, and the final work that was done stayed on budget with our original quote. We look forward to contacting Lacey again for all of our exterior projects! My neighbors and friends are already complimenting the updates that were done and asking what company we used!
Lacey and his crew are amazing. They were very professional, responsive and great to work with during our project. We would highly recommend them. We hired them to replace our front door and storm door and they excelled at the work. THANKS guys.
