“I have been going to waxing mania for years. I have always had a great experience. The facility is very clean. The staff is always professional and nice. Lucy is the best. I have always scheduled my appointments online, which I find is convenient. This week I was scheduling my appointment and realized that the feature that allows you to select the staff you prefer was not available. I did not like that… I had to call to schedule which I found to be very inconvenient…. Please bring that feature back!!!!!“
