Reviews highlight the company’s quick response and professional job from start to finish. After a tree fell through a roof and into a home, the team was at the home within an hour to an hour and a half, returned the next day to patch the roof, and months later completely replaced the roof in one day. The owner was described as wonderful to work with, very communicative, responsive, and genuinely concerned about helping through a difficult situation. Another reviewer noted the team replaced a roof, gutters, and fascia boards quickly after a terrible hail storm, and fought and searched far and wide for months to locate exact siding after the home manufacturer discontinued the color. The prep work and willingness to help and stand in the gap created peace of mind during an extremely stressful event. One reviewer canceled other estimates after speaking with the estimator for 20 minutes, saying the crew went above and beyond and it was all about the customer. The company did everything it said it would, and reviewers highly recommend it to anyone needing roofing services.
