“I contacted Biologic Dentistry in May of 2026 to find out costs and what to expect for the care I was looking for. The front desk employee was very thorough, informative and transparent with answering my questions. They are a very busy office and I had to make my first consultation with X-rays about 2 months later. They sent me forms online to fill out before my appointment as well. On July 7th I was greeted kindly and sat in their very clean and nicely decorated waiting room. They have free drinks and snacks available as well. I did not have to wait long before I was pulled back to get my appointment started. Alicia was my hygienist with a helper they were training named Grace. Both ladies were very sweet and personable. After my X-rays they asked if I needed any water, a bathroom break or if I would like a blanket in case I was cold. Then Dr. Andrew came in and made sure to ask me again for what I was looking for in care and went over any findings the X-rays showed along with drafting up a care plan for me to take home and look over with prices. I was never met with pressure or treated poorly in this entire process. I called back that same day and got my care plan put into 2 separate appointments for silver amalgam removals, inlay/on-lay put in and some fillings that needed to be done. Each of those appointments went exceptionally well and I was walked through each step as they were working on my dental needs. I never look forward to dental appointments until I came here. Every member of their staff and Dr. Vita made it as comfortable and as easy as possible. If you are thinking about coming here, I highly recommend it. You won’t regret it at all!”
