“Absolute cinema of a staff! I called first thing in the morning for an emergency appt as I had a broken tooth with extreme pain and they got me right in. Dr. Waddell was very kind and gracious during my tooth extraction and his assistant was amazing and made me feel right at home. “I came to Dr. Lee as an emergency visit & not yet as an established patient. I was devastated that I had broken a tooth & it was going to need a crown. I was nervous about the procedure & the cost as I do not have dental insurance. Dr. Lee & his staff were absolutely wonderful! They scheduled me to come in rather quickly which I was very appreciative for because I was leaving to go on vacation in a few days. When I arrived Lisa & Kelly at the front desk were so welcoming, friendly & helpful. Dr. Lee was very friendly & personable. He examined my tooth & explained our plan. He assured me he would take great care of my tooth & he did! He was very gentle! Dr. Lee & his fantastic assistant Shannon took their time & made sure that my crown fit perfectly! I came back today for my cleaning appointment & again excellent customer service at the front desk! Tiffany was super sweet & took my X-rays. Stacy was friendly & did my cleaning today.
