We had rodents in our kitchen and as you could guess we were very worried about it. They responded on the same day, got to my house in the same day, and took care of the issue within a week. Their pricing was fair for the problem and the technician Jamie was very friendly and professional. He walked us through every step of the process. We recently heard some scratching behind a bedroom wall and suspected we had squirrels. I called several companies for estimates and to get on their schedule. Vinny from Critter Catchers said that he would be over the very day I called. He went into our attic and took pictures. He was able to show us a "builder's gap" where the squirrels were getting in and told us they had moved some insulation to make a cozy nest. We received a quote for trapping and sealing the entry and thought it was fair.
