A buyer client introduced me to Mike years ago. I was very impressed with his detailed inspections and immediately added him to my list of inspectors. He has a great way of communicating the pros and cons of all the homes he inspects and does a great walk through with the buyers at the end of the inspection. He gives solid and honest advice. His reports are very detailed with pictures - very helpful when sending to the listing agent and their sellers. No confusion on the other end when they view the report. He is always available for a follow up phone call from any of the parties involved. I am grateful to be able to rely on Mike!

Mike was the best choice for our home inspection! He walked me through the entire house and was very patient with me throughout my first home inspection. He gave great advice about what I would be able to fix myself and what I would need to hire someone for. I will definitely use him again!
