Dr. Bianca Newman did a phenomenal job along her assistant Ms. Melissa. They inform you every step of the way, check on periodically throughout your visit while getting work done, and make sure everything is done in a timely fashion. All their staff is friendly and this place is a MUST for all your dental care. Gotta check them out!!

The office manager called me and listen to the issues, she advised they would refund $250.00 I paid extra, she also said the girl I dealt with, is no longer there, I explained this come from the top down.
I received the check yesterday.
The manager said she would talk to the dentist and let them know my complaint.
I will just finish with this, I'm 63 years old, many people have taken care of their teeth, myself, not so much, my family was poor, I fought a lot so my teeth are not so good.. with that said, not everybody can afford a upscale.
I do appreciate the manager reaching out and the refund and that shows me they are trying.

I recently visited Acworth Smiles Dentistry for my implant crown placement, and the entire experience was truly seamless from start to finish.
Right when I arrived, Keegan at the front desk checked me in quickly and clearly explained all of my charges. She processed my payment efficiently and made sure I received my receipt right away. Within a minute of being seated, Angela, the dental assistant, greeted me and began my visit.
