I was given a very difficult time when I needed a paper to be signed by my primary care physician for my homestead exemption. Staff said if I was service connected disabled the doc could fill out the form. I said she was my primary care doc and was treating me and that my primary care doc was supposed to write up and sign the form per the government office I am dealing with. So this has been delayed by the staff in the front office even though I explained that I had a deadline. Right now I am trying to call the office at the Z clinic to see if the paper has been signed. A new phone system has been implemented and I can't reach anyone because I need an additional 6 digit...read full review

Going to doctor is not usually a good experience, however my experiences have been pleasant. Greeted with kindness in a timely manner. My doctor is knowledgeable and concerned with my health. Thank you for all supporting veterans!!!

The veterans medical outpatient facility located in Zephyrhills has a very large and important responsibility of taking care of many many veterans that are disabled retired and the list goes on and on speaking for myself I can only say I am amazed that the staff have always provided myself with the best of medical care and treatment and trust me I have had some serious medical treatment provided on my behalf by the VA and I am so proud to be a Navy veteran and to have served my country honorably and now 49 years have passed by after my first visit to a doctor at the James a Haley veterans hospital in Tampa Florida located on Bruce b downs back in those days that hospital...read full review
