The frontdesk very affirmative and quick with answering questions and checking people in even though it was mayhem. My bully got checked and surgery right after the diagnosis. The surgical tech or assist was also nice and when i had a question she didn't have the exact answer she asked. I will definitely come and recommend this location. The price was reasonable too
They are always able to provide the service I'm in need of for my cats and dogs. I love being able to be seen the same day, even when I get there before 2PM. They have always been friendly and curious, even when the waiting room is full to overflowing. 👍👍
I want to start by saying that I really appreciate how affordable this clinic is. Our cat’s entire visit, including two medications, was only $99, which is incredibly reasonable, and the front desk staff were very kind. I also understand that because of their affordable pricing, they are extremely busy, so our visit was about 3–4 hours long.
My main concern was the lack of communication. Once our cat was brought back to us, we were not given much information about what had been examined or whether any tests or treatments had been performed regarding his condition.
