I've been to their sister facility down the road. Just like them they have an amazing staff and even on a Saturday coming in at around 12:30 to a walk-in clinic, I was out of there in a bit over a half hour. The prices are great too. My fur baby is happy and healthy!
Edit: I just absolutely love these people! In the process of getting him through his Kitty shots and let them know my buddy still had the tiniest little drop of blood in his stool and they narrowed it down to being the hookworms being persistent from the last treatment I gave him. My dog Daisy had a big mass on her leg that we brought here to get removed. She just turned 11 and has never had surgery besides being spayed years ago so my entire family was super nervous about it. Jen at the front desk is always SUPER kind to us and her energy is uplifting and helped take some of that stress away!! We’re very much so appreciative of her as well as Lauren who came out and spoke to us about Daisy’s surgery!! Lauren was also very kind and clear of all the aftercare instructions. Thank you Planned Pethood for taking great care of Daisy, she is apart of our family too:))
This little guy appeared hungry, in tact and his days were filled with roaming and getting into scuffles. Once identified he was indeed on his own, Planned Pethood provided great care at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Patricia, for being incredibly patient with my many questions and for providing Sandi a great surgical experience. Today he’s neutered, updated on all his necessary medical, healing well and I appreciate the team in Zephyrhills on this first time experience.
