Ease roofing did a great job on my roof. Prior bad experiences with other companies made me very skeptical but ease roofing made process easy. From permits to scheduling to communication all went very well. There were a few hiccups w material delays and weather but that no one can control def recomend them for future use.

Ease Roofing did a great job on the roof of my father's house in Lakeland in the fall of 2020. We were in the process of putting it up for sale after he passed away. Because none of us children had lived in the house we were unaware of any hidden problems with the roof. It turns out not only did the roof need replacing, but most of the decking underneath. It was a nightmare scenario. Dan Heard was my main contact as I managed the project from across the state. He provided a detailed estimate which he painstakingly explained to me. As the work progressed, he consulted me on decisions and explained any delays in a professional way. He cooperated with the realtor and buyer and pulled out all the stops to complete the project in time for our closing in December. In the end, the project encompassed roof replacement of a tile roof with high quality shingle, complete decking replacement, 3 skylights including one custom, water damage repair due to roof leakage in the bathroom, a a bit of touch up painting inside. All this work was coordinated by Dan Heard as general contractor. I am happy to have been able to hand over a house with a beautifully installed, solid roof and warranty to our delighted buyers. Couldn't have done it without the expertise, high standards and great customer service of Dan Heard and his team. I recommend Ease Roofing to anyone who wants their roof done transparently and right, especially if a tile roof is involved--these guys are the experts.

I live in The Villages Florida and Ease Roofing representative Wyatt Williams did my initial inspection. This inspection indicated that I had roof damage that was sufficient enough to turn a claim into my insurance. Wyatt helped with the claim, was present at the inspection of the insurance adjuster, and took care of any communication that I needed for clarification with my insurance company. The roof was installed without a hitch in one day. I also had a couple of special requests that were taken care with the utmost of care. The clean up was also very good. I would recommend Ease roofing, and give them a 5 star review.
