I’m just trying to get a quick touch up and I always tip more than the average customer. pulled up here today to get a haircut. I have a very tight schedule. It says they’re open until seven and it is well. It was 646 and all the lights were off and the doors were locked with that being said make sure you call before you come. I was just driving by Expecting them to be open until seven. All I needed was a quick lineup. I guess I’ll be back tomorrow if I can’t go find a place that’s open now. The guy who cuts my hair is the older gentleman he is from Venezuela. Super nice guy really good with the scissors and the shaver Most barbershops are not good with scissors. I’m from West Palm Beach. My favorite barbershop is dapper. They have a bar if you don’t meet the standard skin fade, then you cannot cut their all their barbers there are top-tier and this barbershop is as close as it gets to dapper in West Palm Beach the vibe inside the shop here is very good. I like it because they’re not playing music so loud you cannot hear each other talk or explain to the guy who is cutting your hair what you want because the music is blaring so loud like it did at the razors edge right up the street I like that place in the beginning when Juan used to work there and now Juan owns his own shop in Umatilla. I’m sorry off of Bay Street close to where Umatilla starts.“

“First, some demographics. I'm 68 and white. I'm not into new things right off the bat. I know what works for me and I stick with it. I was next door to Tuto's, giving blood. I need a haircut, so as I walk out of Oneblood, I decide to go into Tuto's and give them a try. My regular barber is moving back to Illinois so I'm looking for a new barber. I'm a walk-in, so next barber up is a guy named Jose. I tell him how I like my hair and off we go. His technique is totally different from what I'm used to. When he's done and I take a look at the finished product, I'm quite surprised. It looks nothing like I expected. But as I look at it, I see that the style may be different from what I'm used to, but the technique and overall look is very well done.

Normally, when I get home, my wife will comment "I see you got your hair cut." or something like that. This time when I walk in, she says "That's a great looking haircut!" As a matter of fact, everyone that I know that saw me said about the same thing: Great looking haircut. After having it a few days, I agree. Jose did a great job.

Now, here's my only knock against Jose. While he was cutting my hair, he never spoke to me once. But how could he? He was having a very animated conversation with another barber. In Spanish. Although I'm trying to learn Spanish, I'm not there yet, so I have no idea what they were talking about.

Bottomline: I'll be back. I'm there for the haircut and the haircut was great.“
