Appointments are multiple months out. Phone calls are not answered and voicemails are not returned even for patients who have seen a doctor. Yes, the health care system in this area does not currently meet the demand. But two more support personnel could at least respond to patients for an additional $100k per year. Could UF Health honor their duty to the community for a small loss in profit until Baptist Health opens next door and solves this problem? The failure to meet community needs simply from a care support perspective - from the urgent care center to family medicine - is egregious and embarrassing to the U of FL. How is it possible that a practice of this size has ZERO reviews?Answer: they deleted their page and started a new one because their reviews were overwhelmingly negative. Everything about this practice is unacceptable.
