I had a great service visit from Daniel yesterday. He quickly analyzed the problem with my non-working AC, described it in lay terms, repaired and then tested it to make sure everything worked as it should. Daniel was professional, competent and personable. Thank you Daniel and ECS.

When our AC was knocked out during a recent lightning storm, we tried two other companies before finding Ed’s Comfort Solutions. One couldn’t figure out the problem, and the other insisted it couldn’t be repaired, claimed it was a fire hazard, and pushed for a complete replacement costing thousands of dollars.
Then we called Ed’s Comfort Solutions—and Jimmy Legare and Oneil came to the rescue. They repaired our AC, installed our Nest thermostat, and even fixed torn wires another company had damaged during their diagnostics.

Wow! ECS was fantastic. They responded to our request for a systems review within 24 hours and were here to replace our 18 year old system within a week. The technicians arrived early, were polite and professional. The work was complete the same day and by dinner my home was nice and cool. I had several other quotes for the same scope of work and all the prices were very close. However, ECS deals with top quality Trane equipment. So for my $$ it was an easy choice. Great product and warranty, professional service technicians friendly office staff. ECS, making home A/C’s great again! Thanks. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
