“We have never had a bad experience and have been using them for 8 years. We’ve had them perform numerous alterations for all sorts of clothes (husband’s uniforms, casual, etc.). They even did a rush job for our son’s new military uniform while he was home for a quick weekend visit. I can only think of one time I had an issue w clothing and it was a very old and delicate item and he cautioned me that it might not react well. Always honest and friendly!”
