The salon itself is beautiful and inviting. Erica did an amazing job on a color correction from years of at home mess! She was very clear on what we could achieve and then exceeded those expectations. My hair hasn’t looked this good in a very long time. The whole process from consultation to finished look felt very relaxed and at ease- I was in good hands. After many hours of searching online for a hair salon on the north side of Jacksonville, Bloom Salon caught my attention because of their hair products. I did not make an appointment online, but I walked in, and the place was all I wanted: clean, fresh aroma and a friendly environment with pleasant music. Not only that, I got a free consultation, and I made an appointment for the next day. The next day, I had a Balayage, softened hair treatment, and neck/scalp massage with perfect music, so I almost fell asleep and got a nice haircut. I love my soft, bouncy hair with a great fragrance. I felt well attended to and had high-quality care. Thanks Erika!

A fantastic salon!! They provide a great service at competitive pricing. The owner really cares about the customers! Would highly recommend. Been going here since they opened and it’s great!
