Kristin is the best. If you have any issues with your septic, give Blockers a call. They are expedient and completely trustworthy. I had them come out to pump our tank out and we thought a new pump was needed and they came back the very next day to replace the pump and found that my pump was fine, only my filter was clogged. I would not have known either way but Kristin was able to save me close to $1000. I will recommend this company to all of my friends.
This is the 2nd time we have used Blockers on our newer home. I don't know why they have some low reviews. They come out promptly, within 24 hours. They answer phones and call before they come out. They suggested the e. filter be cleaned, we had forgotten about that. THANKS. If you do your septic maintenance, you won't have these big problems. I don't leave many reviews but I had to because I don't believe what I read is fair. I think in some of these cases you clearly can see they don't understand how their system works. Blockers is a small company busy serving many customers in Nassau County, so, they may not be able to respond immediately to a repair call. But, when they do respond, their personnel are highly experienced and professional. That’s why our family has always gone to them for our septic tank service and replacement for the past 30 years. Most recently, they replaced our old concrete tank with a state of the art resin tank with expertise and precision. I highly recommend Blockers over any other local or non-local septic repair company.
