Wonderful service was provided to replace my washer supply valves and repair my shower valve -- Jason was on time, courteous, knowledgable, efficient and very attentive and patient to listen to me -- I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to solve a plumbing problem and I will call them again if I need more plumbing problems fixed

Thank you Bert Norman Pluming! Our home well pump quit on us with a house load of visitors. They promptly answered my call and scheduled a service rep to come to the house. There were early! Fixed the pump and we were good to go. The service rep was very professional and treated us with respect. Would def. recommend.

My hot water heater failed in morning and by the afternoon I had a reasonably price set of replacement heaters installed. Kris was a true professional and told me a story about the owner of this company. Let me just say this it takes a lot to impress me and this company has truly earned my continued business! Bert Norman sounds like a boss anyone would love to work for. Thank you all for getting me into hot water!
