I have used Burt Norman’s plumbing since 2018 - fortunately not for any major catastrophe! They have always given great service. Elvis was my most recent plumber. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He corrected the issues and provided additional information about my new tankless water heater. Outstanding service. Definitely recommend this company and ask for Elvis!
I have used Bert Norman for MANY years and the quality and service is outstanding! I have always been fully satisfied, except for one time. When I spoke with them about my concern, it was fixed instantly! You can't ask for more than that. :-)
Jason did a great job replacing my well pressure tank. Knowledgeable, courteous, true professional. They supplied a Mainline tank which has a 5-year manufacturers warranty. Quality tank but pricey; $819 installed. You might save a few $$$ by supplying an HD/Lowes tank (1-year warranty.) Jason also gave me some insight as to the future of my 26-year-old well. Not pushy – just good advice. Highly recommend.
