Great location. Organized and on-time. Classes are not crowded. The facility is spacious, open, super clean, and peaceful. The instructors are amazing. The environment is very accommodating for your Yoga level weather you have limited experience like me or years of experience. They offer several different classes based on degree of difficulty. They color code the classes to make it easy for you to select classes based on your comfort level. The scheduling is very easy to do online. They take the time to educate you on the different classes by offering detailed descriptions that work best for your experience level. I've been attending classes here for two weeks now and I absolutely love it. Margo and Violette are such great leaders; they make it so easy to follow for beginners like me. It has been a wonderful addition to my routine and I hope to continue to go regularly!

I loved Yoga, and the idea of learning more and being able to share it with others sounded like just what I was looking for. Unsure of what really to expect, I signed up for the program and discovered more about the world of Yoga - and more about myself then I would have ever imagined. The teachers are amazing, both as instructors and as wonderful human beings. The knowledge that was given to us was thorough and applicable to all areas of life - as a Yogi and as a person simply wanting to live the best life possible. No matter where you are in your own practice and in life, this program will strengthen and solidify the part you wish to play in this world.
