We started dancing over a year ago. I am so glad that my husband, Andreas, suggested ballroom dancing. Although it takes us a whole hour to get here, it's definitely worth it! I never thought I would learn to dance so quickly, and Darla Schmitt & Mark Arnott even taught us our wedding dance. It's actually so much fun that we brought our parents along too. Everyone is super friendly and you can really see how much progress you're making! Can't wait to learn even more!
Mark and his studio are run very professionally. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and inviting to all patrons and tries to foster bringing many different genres of dance and music to his studio. It is an excellent venue either to learn how to dance or to continue to progress as a dancer. All patrons that do attend his studio are all very accepting as well as encouraging.
The culture of this dance studio is professional, welcoming and fun! I can’t say enough good things about Winter Park Ballroom! I started attending dance socials and taking lessons with Mark a few months ago I have also received nothing but positive feedback from the dance community about the owner and studio. Mark is a very knowledgeable, patient, and talented instructor who puts his students first and adapts his teaching to the learner. He puts his heart into making the studio a place everyone can enjoy. I have learned so much and WPB has become my dance family!
