Winter Park 436 Pet Doc Hospital

The process are good but I want happy when I took my 15 yr old dog i in they didn't really listen to what I was saying. 15 was old for a shih tzu. He was sick and was suffering some. The doc gave him some pills for 2 weeks and sent is home. My Fred just kept getting worse. He has stopped eating by then. His tumors had gotten huge. I took him back and while we were in the exam room he passed away on my arms. He had turned 16 yrs old by then and couldn't hang on anymore. I had an incident with my dog where he was struggling to breathe and he was gagging. I had previously taken my dog to SPCA however, they don’t treat dogs for anything other than vaccinations anymore so when I called this office we were new patients. I called early Tuesday morning before they even opened and got somebody on the phone who advised to bring my dog in this morning at 10:45. I had been up the whole night before thinking I was going to have to put my dog down because he was struggling so hard to breathe And he had never seen him in such distress before. Dr. Lawrence Wallace is the most warm hearted Veterinarian I have the pleasure of knowing for 4-5 years now. He was on Lee Road and now on 436 and I will follow him anywhere in Florida for my cats and dog. He is the ANIMAL WHISPER!!! He saved my rescued Sarah repeatedly: severe ear infection, Pulmonary Edema from electrocution by biting my Christmas lights and her perfect spay surgery and rapid recovery. My American Bulldog won't let anyone touch him except Dr. Wallace. I thank GOD for him. He is genuine and a true blessing to my pets and the community. I saw other people's critique.
