I have been working out with Karol at Wellness Zone for the past 8 months and cannot recommend her enough! Karol creates workouts that will challenge you in all the right ways while making sure you do not injure yourself. She is motivating, kind, caring, encouraging and always positive. Karol makes sure to understand your goals and does a good job of checking in to make sure those goals are being met. After having 3 babies in 4 years and coming off an ankle injury, Karol was exactly what I needed to get back into shape and do it in all the right ways.
