Had a wonderful experience here! Hadn’t seen an eye doctor for over 5 years and was a little nervous about it but they were so wonderful and put me at ease! Super helpful and were not pushy when purchasing glasses either - I’ve been to other eye glasses stores where they push you to purchase a certain shape or type of glasses but i never felt that way at Warby! I will definitely shop with them in the future.
Louis was friendly and immediately greeted and offered assistance. I was allowed to look at the variety of frames and make a selection. Louis also assisted with looking up my insurance and applying the best discount. I like that the new glasses are mailed directly to me and I can visit any Warby Parker for adjustments or issues. He also explained the warranties.
I popped by Warby Parker on Park Avenue in Winter Park because I accidentally sat on my glasses and they needed adjusting. I am traveling and didn’t even purchase my glasses from Warby Parker and Yvis, the Optician was willing to help me, even with a somewhat precarious repair involving bending the metal pieces in the arms. Needless to say, she certainly didn’t have to help me as a non-customer (yet!!!) but she was so helpful and honestly a miracle worker. Five ⭐️. I will be a WP customer going forward!
