Kasandra is the most professional and knowledgeable massage therapist. She is exceptionally intuitive as she locates muscle tension. Kasandra incorporates so many different therapeutic modalities including cupping and myofascial release. Each massage seems to be targeted and focuses on each client’s specific requests and needs — for example, my legs have been sore from Pilates classes and Kasandra was able to help reduce many tight muscles and also explain to me why muscle tension was occurring. Kasandra’s work is exceptional. Her talent reveals multiple techniques so from a therapeutic standpoint is highly effective in resolving tough issues quickly and effectively. Her expert work on my rotator cuff strains, tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis sold me, along with her knowledgeable and pleasant demeanor.
