After spending hours on the phone with Apple, they couldn’t help me get into my MacBook Pro (tried resetting password w my iCloud ID and would get different errors each time) Apple also said the Genius Bar wouldn’t be able to help because it was too old (2015). They said the best they could do would be resetting the laptop and erase everything.. um no thanks! Found macdoctor through google and he had great reviews, so I sent it to him. He called multiple times, kept me updated, worked his magic and had it working with everything there in under 24 hours!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ if you have a problem with your mac, send it to Steve- he knows what he’s doing! Reasonably priced too! Thanks Steve 😊
