I've worked with this company for over a decade! As a Realtor, you have a great support team available and for clients- find the agent that works for you!!! Every brokerage has great agents and not so great agents, do your homework!! Interview agents and go with the one that meets your needs. Orlando is FILLED with Realtors, be picky and smart! I've met many seasoned, very educated agents at CRR.
Stay away from this company at all costs. I fell victim non-disclosure of a latent construction defect, and am now subject to a huge special assessment ! Further the agent profits by luring unsuspecting victims by misleading deceptive marketing practices. The firms "boss" managing broker Monica Osorio allows all of this to continue even after being provided all of the facts and evidence for nearly 3 years. Monica clearly has way too many agents she is required to provide supervisory oversight to and has left me and others victims open to financial losses that never should have happened! Monica has provided a shield instead of investigation and enforcement against the agent. Her complacency makes her just as guilty as the false websites, titles, misleading statements all continue today. Gee, coming off of a hot RE market, a firm and agent must be pretty bad if they have to commit alleged fraud to make ends meet! GO ELSEWHERE. Orlando has so many wonderful small real estate brokerages that are ethical and care for their clients - just as CRR says- but we know that actions speak louder than words.
Issue with realtor on new build home. Closing next week and realtor denied me a final walk through and that builder had 30 days to fix issues with a mess up driveway that scrapes the bottom of my car, holes in the ceiling, loose wires in walls..complained to her boss who did not even have the decency to call me back. Save yourself the trouble. Buy a hone through someone else!
