the owner had a huge attitude and unpleasant demeanor throughout the entire experience. from booking the appointment to checking out, she was rude and unwelcoming. the sad thing is i enjoyed my facial and the massage therapist was also friendly but because of the owners personality i don't wish to return. as a shy person, i felt uncomfortable and nervous to say anything
I do recommend Wellness centerLoving it both me in my husband went 05/11/23 for facial and his body massage, and me alone on 05/09/23 for my body massage I really have fun great customer service clean environment which even makes us choose Wellness for my facial and our body massage place
All the staff here are wonderful . I never had a problem with a staff at all for the 3 years I've been coming here . Rene strives to attend to each client new or old who walk through the doors. For the people complaining about the phones - please keep in mind she does work as well and is problem in a middle of a session , if you leave a voicemail she will get back to you ! 5 star for hospitality and 5 star for actual KNOWLEDGE on skin care and massages . This lady obviously knows what she's doing . They are always booked and busy. - Ashley O
