I had such a wonderful experience during my facial with Ashley! She was exceptional to say the least — professional, knowledgeable, and so attentive throughout the entire session. I truly felt like I was in expert hands. Every staff member I interacted with was equally lovely and welcoming, which made the entire visit feel warm and relaxing from start to finish. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I left feeling completely refreshed. I can’t wait for my next visit!
Brooks was recommended to me by a co-worker. I have had 1 facial in my life- many years ago. Brooks was very sweet and knowledgeable. She walked me through all the steps, explaining what she was doing and how each product worked. She was eager to answer all my questions and then some. She recommended a handful of products, but did not push me to purchase. She even suggested maybe just getting 1 each visit to start incorporating a better routine for results that I am looking for. I will be going back in 6 weeks! And I will definitely recommend Brooks to anyone looking for a welcoming, calm environment.
Brooks is the best for taking care of my facial skincare needs. Worked miracles from Covid and since then barely need any makeup. Thanks for being the best. Always a wonderful experience
