I don’t even know where to begin, my wife and I have had an extraordinary experience with Premier Pools of Central Florida from start to finish! We broke ground August/September of 2022 and was swimming by beginning/mid January. Gabriel assisted us in bringing our design to life. Hal and Blaine have been amazing at overseeing the project from start to finish. Thank you Morgan for always answering the phone and making sure our messages reach the intended person. Thank you Koby for your diligent work and always giving us a courtesy heads up when in route to our house to do work. I have to give a special shout-out to Leslie, she has been phenomenal to work with! We had some minor issues and she promptly and urgently took care of all our challenges. Communication from start to finish, and even after has been amazing! Our experience has shown us Premier Pools really values building long term relationships rather than just cashing checks, and being done with you once the project is complete. Premier Pools really stands behind their work and their contractors work, going as far as completely demolishing and redoing the job from scratch if it’s not up to their standards. Premiere was amazing for the design I say thanks to Mr. Andres Acevedo. My Project Manager John Torres was always on point great communication. Overall great company. Go get your pool from premier they were good fast and kept their word 100% from start to finish. Also fixing any issues as part of the punch down or warranty. Again I can't thank them enough great job.
Premiere was amazing-- from design to construction to commissioning to resolving the punch list items. we have recommended Premiere to our neighbor down the street-- they love their pool too!
