We visited the Ox Flooring booth at a Craft festival in Melbourne, Fl. I shared our contact info and was contacted the next week and set up an estimate visit. Dimitiri was right on time, understood what we needed and presented a quote that fit our budget and needs. We scheduled the install date. The Ox flooring team was right on time, removed our existing epoxy and finished the install the same day. I was expecting a lot of clean up due to the removal of the old epoxy. It did create a mess but the install team did a great job a minimizing the dust and cleanup. The floor has turned out just as stated and we love it.
This whole experience has been worry free. From the sale to the installation. The crew that worked at my house were very professional, and did an outstanding job. And my floors look great!!
Sales rep Robb Jones did an excellent job of explaining the unique benefits of using Ox coating on our concrete driveway. He helpfully walked us through the color options. It was obvious the two gentlemen who applied the coating, Luis and Luis, love their job. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them. Our “new” driveway is beautiful!
