Today I had 3 tests at this facility. A mammogram, thyroid ultrasound and a bone density test. I booked my first appointment to start right after their lunches 12:30. Everything was completed by 1:30!!! It was in and out so fast and the service and employees were impeccable!! I would absolutely 💯 refer this facility to family and friends. Oh, and I had all of my results in My Chart, by 4:30!!! Thank you everyone 💓 ☺️
I have been coming here for over two years, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Scheduling appointments is easy, and they consistently explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the great care they provide.
I have been coming here for mammograms for about two years. I never have to wait long and the technicians are very nice. However, on this last visit, I was told I needed a biopsy and that I would be contacted by a coordinator to set up an appointment. It would have been nice if the radiologist had come in to explain to me what they saw and why they think I needed a biopsy. I wonder if they know how scary this actually is? There was no comfort, no reassurance, nothing. Just oh, you need a biopsy, have a nice day. Now it is the second day as I sit around anxiously waiting for someone to call to set up an appointment.
