“As a longtime patient, I’ve read through many of the reviews here, and I can absolutely agree that this is a great practice. I also wanted to share a little perspective from what I’ve personally witnessed over the years.

This is a very busy practice. Every time I’ve been there, the office is busy, the phones are ringing, and the staff is constantly helping patients. I’ve even stood at the check-in/check-out window and watched how many calls come through while staff are also assisting the person standing directly in front of them. When you have someone in front of you who needs your full attention, it can be nearly impossible to answer a ringing phone at the same time.

I’ve also been in the waiting room when a patient came in frustrated because they hadn’t received a call back. I completely understand being frustrated, but I also watched that interaction take 10–15 minutes of the staff member’s time while several calls came through. I can only imagine that the people calling during those minutes may have felt the same frustration, without knowing what was happening on the other side of the phone.

What I really appreciate about this practice is that there are several ways to communicate — the patient portal, text messaging, email, and of course leaving a voicemail. In my experience, the providers provide excellent care, and the staff are genuinely caring, helpful, and on top of things.

My biggest takeaway is simply this: don’t take every difficult interaction to heart. Sometimes people are frustrated and need to vent, and that doesn’t necessarily mean the staff are doing a bad job. From what I’ve personally witnessed, this team works extremely hard in a very busy environment and continues to treat patients kindly.
