I called them to have them move their van from my blocking driveway, but he never picked up. There are plenty of spaces in my community and he was at my next door neighbor’s house. He did NOT block their driveway at all and instead blocked mine. Very unprofessional.

Very unreliable. I called for urgent frrezer repair need and he said he would be there the next day. He didn't show. He said no later then Monday. He didn't show. Called on Tuesday and he says maybe tomorrow he is busy. Say what you mean and do what you say is not this companies motto. More like say what you want and don't do what you say.
