I am extremely happy with the service I received from Ken's Plumbing- especially Timmy! He was clearly an expert/very knowledgeable, and pointed out a few things that definitely needed tending to (in addition to installing a new kitchen faucet)- and thoroughly explained the reasons for my home needing the things they did, and precisely why.
Timmy did a fantastic job, fastidiously cleaned everything up before he left (even though I told him not to worry about it), and was a genuinely nice person (which DOES matter, when a person is in your home)! Saw a gentleman pumping gas from Ken’s plumbing . I approached him his name was Timmy. He was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate knowing companies like this are out here and have the human factor involved and not just company greed. I will try this company for my needs going forward and see if the rest of the experiences are as good as the first one.
