The person who answered the phone seemed like she was in a hurry & we were bothering her. The Tech who arrived on site was very kind and knowledgeable. He took care of things quickly, was patient while we checked things out. Very nice. Glad it was him who showed up that night. Kindness eases otherwise stressful situations.

I had a very bad experience with my last locksmith company. They were unprofessional and didn't do the job right, so I was a little hesitant to call them again. I found In N Out Locksmith on Google, and they did an amazing job. They were swift and helpful. I will definitely be using them in the future
