Businesses may have great intentions, plans, advertising, and a slick storefront. But success ultimately rests on a single employee and a customer. In that regard, Desiree is exceptional. Even though Great Clips is a bargain price, she treats her mission with your hair with caring and skill. She uses scissors--not a razor-- and thoughtfulness, using stored notes about your prior cuts. Other salons (and they will cost more) couldn't do it better.

Deserre was INCREDIBLE. She was very personable. She had great interactions with both of my kids. She took the time to listen to what they wanted and helped to find a compromise with what I wanted. Both kids are over the moon with their "new" hair. Thank you, thank you, thank you for caring about your clients, big and small! (I apologize for misspelling your name, I'm sure I've butchered it.)

In all it was a good visit. Nothing over the top, but I got the cut I wanted and was in/out in about 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I would have no problem going there again.
