Nora Rocks!! To do or not to do, that was the question. Nora was my Skin Care Professional, she is a true professional, helpful, calming and skilled. I would highly recommend Nora in a quick minute to anyone wanting to get these types of procedures done. I am so pleased with how I looked after Nora provided her skills that I have decided to move forward with a Semi-Permanente Eyebrow and it looks Outstanding! She is the right person for this type of self-care and a new look!
