Not sure what all the hate is about, but Kennedy was my first point of contact and ongoing since I began my membership at Couture 6 months ago, so I feel I’ve had plenty of time to form an opinion.
And that opinion was and still is that Kennedy is warm, professional and flexible w reschedules on my end.
You also need to understand how stressful a job managing a spa and dealing with entitled customers can be. Prior to college, I remember working reception for a very busy and hip hair salon. When I tell you that was the worst job in my life OMG. Pushy and abusive customers not understanding why they can’t get in last minute and talking down to you.
I am loving this new crew! Clive the new male provider is awesome and does a thorough job. The front desk ladies are awesome and so welcoming with great personalities. I stopped coming for months while paying because of a girl that worked at this location named Candice, she was nasty, rude, with a little grin I couldn't stand and would not work with you. I had to reach out to the manager to ask for help she refused to provide. I never left a bad review because of one person but I will surely make a good review because they are gone and the ora is back on point!
