I called Climate Design when our very old Rheem unit froze up and quite working. Stephen came out the next day, discussed with us the problem and the needed repairs, & the cost. He was very knowledgeable, prompt & took pride in his work. Two years later it is time to replace the unit, & called Stephen for his assessment and estimate. His cost are fair, he explained which option was best for our needs. So glad to have found this local family owned business. A Five Star Recommendation

Stephen at Climate Design was great to work with and solved our problem quickly. During the recent cold spell in Orlando, we woke up one morning with the thermostat reading about 62 degrees, despite the system running all night. Stephen came by within a few hours of calling and was able to figure out the problem. While he had to get some parts before the system could be repaired, he was able to immediately find a temporary solve of setting up our auxiliary heat - something that wasn’t done properly when we installed the thermostat. A few days later he was able to fix the system and address another maintenance issue at the same time. Thanks, Stephen and Climate Design!
