We did a total tear-out and renovation of our Kitchen. Our Designer did a fabulous job on the layout and helping us with product selection. Our Installer was incredibly detailed and did a perfect job on the installation. The cabinet company made a minor error on the Sub-Zero control panel which Central Kitchen and Bath promptly resolved. And, we had a minor issue with the cabinet pull on the dishwasher. They sent a Service Technician, literally about an hour after I called, who fixed the problem. Bottom line, Central Kitchen & Bath is an outstanding firm with a great General Manager, quality products and excellent associates who design, install and service their products.
Central Kitchen and Bath helped us with cabinets for a complete kitchen remodel. During the design phase, I felt listened to and supported through suggestions and recommendations regarding work flow and design choices. The entire team from Admin through Installers were professional and responsive. Our kitchen came out better than we had hoped. I was so happy I hired them to design and install built-ins for our Master Bedroom!
Paul, We started our total kitchen renovation with Lauren Bailey, boy did she know her stuff! Pam Foley took us thru ordering and installation and did a great job with follow thru. Ron did a superb job installing the kitchen and He was the best craftsman we had on our entire home renovation. He keep working and adjusting until it was perfect. Thru out the remainder of the renovation my wife and I keep saying "I wish Ron could install that..." or "I wish Ron was here to do that…".Our experience with Central Kitchen could not have been better. Thanks to all!
