The transaction was fast and smooth, but my 5-star review is about much more than that—because honestly, any lender can close a deal. Mark has been a true partner in my success. I just closed a deal with CapSource that they only had 5 business days to get approved and closed. We luckily had all title stuff ready and the profile was complete but they got a borrower with very little experience great terms and closed ON TIME! Best part was they’re processing team was on it every step of the way and I learned a ton from Mark, and I’ve been in the business for over 10 years. Definitely going to work with them again 💪🏽
